I've spent over 15 years as an independent school senior administrator, principal, teacher, educational therapist, and researcher. During my time working in various school settings, my colleagues and I became frustrated by how challenging it is for school leaders and teachers to get good, unbiased information about educational practices, curriculum, and systems that will actually work in the real-world.
I developed a framework that helps school leaders bring their educational vision to life by aligning their values and current scientific research with everyday learning and teaching practices in their classrooms. Unlike most curriculum experts, I’m not here to sell you a specific curriculum or pedagogy - I am committed to finding the programs that best align with your specific educational philosophy and individual goals.
